When connecting the tower flange to the external flange, the correct tightening method should be used; excessive force must be avoided to prevent cracks in the flanges. Steel gaskets shall not be used for flange gaskets; corrosion- and oil-resistant rubber gaskets may be employed. 6. After the equipment is installed, conduct a cycle test using water; it should operate normally without any signs of leakage, dripping, or blockages. 7. Regularly inspect and maintain water pumps, valves, pipelines, nozzles, filters, etc. to ensure the proper operation of the equipment. 8. To ensure the proper operation of the tower equipment, a dedicated person must be assigned to oversee it. It is necessary to regularly check whether the fans and water pumps are functioning properly, whether the spray pipes and air pipes are unobstructed, whether the liquid level in the reservoir is within the normal range, whether the water-level control switch is working correctly, and whether the gas-liquid concentration is within the specified limits.
