Fractional distillation floods the tower, resulting in a large pressure difference; adjust the gas-liquid phase equilibrium accordingly. The liquid level at the bottom of the tower is high, covering the oil-gas inlet and increasing the amount of slurry that is discharged.
The pressure difference from the oil and gas pipeline to the top of the distillation column is large; the pressure difference in the oil and gas pipeline is high, causing coking at the bottom of the column, and this increases the load on the distillation column
That reason is a bit far-fetched! The reaction pressure is high while the distillation pressure is low; most of the problems lie in the pipelines or equipment connecting them! Besides the reasons everyone has mentioned, there’s also the need to check whether the indicators are malfunctioning! Then make a judgment based on other parameters!
Is there severe salt deposition in the distillation tower? Has there been any change in the pressure drop of the distillation tower?

Coking in oil and gas pipelines is not expected to increase suddenly. It’s also necessary to check the pressure drop in the fractionation tower; there might be a problem somewhere in that tower. For example, if the cooling reflux in a certain section of the tower is too high, it can lead to an increase in pressure drop, thereby causing pressure buildup in the reaction system.
All the situations mentioned above will lead to an increase in reaction pressure and a decrease in distillation pressure
