Dear experts: Is it necessary to machine the inner surface of the flange for tower robot manholes, and are there any relevant standard requirements?
If the surface finish of the machine parts in our unit is good, no further processing is needed; otherwise, manual processing is required
Generally, no machining is required, but the welds have good shape, which does not hinder access for people
The surface should be slightly treated to remove burrs and similar issues, so as to avoid injuring people entering and leaving.
At the very least, the surface should be visibly smooth, even, and aesthetically pleasing.

The drawings should have default surface finish requirements
The standard does not impose such a requirement; it depends on the surfacing method and the quality of the formed surface
The corrosion-resistant layer has high requirements for surface finish and must be processed! Or use a liner format!
