Which level gauges in the refinery units, such as tanks or towers, require sealed discharge?

It has been initially determined that the vessels that require sealed discharge are the hot high-pressure fractionator, cold high-pressure fractionator, circulating hydrogen inlet liquid separation tank, and naphtha stabilization reactor reflux tank. I’m not sure whether it’s necessary to install sealed discharge systems for the level gauges of other vessels or columns as well, such as those in the distillation reactor reflux tank (which mainly handles unstable naphtha), or if there are any other vessels that require this feature. I would appreciate some guidance from those with more experience. O(∩_∩)O Thank you
Are there any guidelines or regulations something like that that I can give to the proofreader to have something useful to work with? .
