Packed towers are certainly more expensive, but they offer high efficiency; however, their height is lower. The downside is that they tend to get clogged. What type of towers do you all use for treating ammonia-nitrogen wastewater?
In most cases, a plate tower is chosen as it requires less investment.
What is the approximate difference? If a plate tower costs 1 million, does that mean a packed tower will cost 3 million? Is it this concept?
