Does anyone know anything about the use of the internal components of ammonia synthesis towers manufactured by Nanjing Guochang in Danfeng Chemical Co., Ltd. in Shanxi Province? It is said online that there are serious quality issues with these components, leading to fractures; does anyone have more details on this?

It is understood that during on-site installation of the reactor internals, the excess cold shock tubes were not cut out as per the drawings, which resulted in a mismatch in thermal expansion between the internals and the high-pressure cylinder as the temperature rose. The resulting differential stress caused damage to the reactor internals.
