A large flow rate and low temperature difference facilitate the removal of heat from high-temperature areas. After heat removal, the side-stream distillation temperature should be such that it meets the product quality requirements
If it is a running device, try to extract as much heat from the high-temperature side as possible. If it is during the design phase, it is best to optimize the heat extraction distribution and the temperature level for heat extraction by taking into account the pinch points of the heat exchange network.
