The HG/T21543 atlas for circular tower platforms applies to towers with a minimum diameter of 800 – what is the reasoning behind this? Is it the platform load that has a greater impact on towers with a height of less than 800? Are all those under 800 still using frameworks?
The tower platform is generally located below the manhole (or sometimes below the instrument access point), to facilitate the installation and removal of components inside the tower. The tower’s diameter is too small to accommodate manholes; instead, equipment flanges are used. Such towers are usually placed within a frame to facilitate the replacement of components inside the tower.

If the value is below 800, an operating platform must be installed due to the presence of instrument ports; does the operating load specified in the catalog have an impact on slender towers?
The frame does not have to be detachable; as long as the tower can be removed easily, that is sufficient. In other words, the piping specialty sets the requirements, and then the civil engineering specialty can handle the design.
