Vibration problems in the solvent regeneration tower of aromatic extraction units

Dear experts, have you encountered situations in aromatic extraction units where vibration inside the solvent regeneration tower is quite significant?
Is it a gasoline extraction device? If so, I just encountered it. In this situation: (1) Check the circulation volume of the water used for washing in the solvent, and maintain a low level of circulation; (2) Verify that the pressure of the medium-pressure steam in the device is stable, aiming for as much stability as possible; (3) Keep the solvent at a low temperature of 158°C for at least 4 hours before increasing the temperature; (4) Check the amount of acidic polymers present in the solvent – if the amount of such polymers increases significantly, increase the amount of solvent used for regeneration or replace it with fresh solvent
There are two main reasons: 1) There are issues with the installation of the tower internals at the feed point; 2) There are problems with the position and diameter of the feed control valve
It is generally caused by problems with the reboiler and distribution tubes, as well as significant changes in the stripping water
