The insulation work for towers is generally carried out after the tower has been lifted into place and installed. Only before lifting, the fixtures on the tower required for insulation should be welded first.
It seems this one will be lifted after the insulation work is completed.
The old method of installing the tower first and then adding insulation is costly and time-consuming. These days, the towers are installed after the ground is covered with insulation material
If the insulation work is done without increasing the crane rating, it’s better to go straight for that solution; if the insulation work results in an increase in the crane rating, then economic feasibility needs to be considered
It is generally carried out after the tower is lifted and installed in place
This issue cannot be concluded definitively. Judging from the external structure of the equipment, the method of lifting it, and the impact of subsequent installation tasks, a solitary, bare tower will definitely be insulated before lifting, but such cases are very rare
