When the temperature decreases, crystals precipitate and adhere to the pipelines, causing the pressure of the ammonia evaporation system to increase and affecting normal production.
The crystallization is very serious and it is recommended to add heat tracing.
Adding heat tracing is indeed effective, and we have indeed improved it in this way. However, the cooling capacity demand for the total condenser will increase. At the same time, subsequent equipment is also susceptible to impact.
This is why under normal circumstances, it is difficult for everyone to increase the concentration of evaporated ammonia water.
