What causes problems with the water washing tower, and how to deal with them?
Are you referring to water in syngas? Under normal conditions in a washing tower, water contamination in the syngas is mainly caused by unstable control of the oxygen-to-coal ratio and poor water quality.
May I ask the original poster about the trays of the syngas scrubber tower? Float valve-type (fixed float valve) trays are prone to clogging and suffer from severe liquid carryover.
