I’m seeking help from experts. I need to understand the process control flow for distillation towers, including the control of equipment such as distillation towers, reboilers, condensers, and reflux tanks. If anyone can provide me with a PID diagram of the distillation process (it doesn’t have to be editable), I would be very grateful. Thank you
It’s just about adjusting the steam volume and reflux ratio based on the inflow and outflow of materials; it’s not that significant. If control is needed, then control the reactor instead
