Although oil has been skimmed multiple times from the sump at the bottom of the amine scrubber (for low liquid level protection), the interlock value still cannot reach 100%. Please suggest solutions

Keep the temperature of the low-pressure tank below 40 degrees; check the impurity content in the amine solution as well as whether foaming is occurring. The circulation rate of the amine solution should not be too high. Maintain the liquid level in the desulfurization tower between 30 and 35 levels; if necessary, it is possible to use a cross-line connection for the desulfurization tower
1. After shutting down, check whether there is any problem with the foam breaker in the liquid separation tank in front of the desulfurization tower. 2. Control the inlet temperature of the recycled hydrogen to the tower as low as possible. We usually keep the temperature around 30°C, for which we added a water cooler. 3. We control the low temperature of the amine solution at around 30 degrees; the unit has been in operation for 3 years without such issues occurring.
