This year, work was suspended for technical upgrades: ① The original Phase 4 gasoline and Phase 3 materials were sent to the wax oil tank area together. ②Chang San, Subtract 1, and Subtract 2 are used to supply heat wax oil for hydrocracking; the excess amount, along with Subtract 3 and Subtract 4, is sent to the tank area. ③A portion of the residue oil and light residue oil after heat exchange is reprocessed and fed into the reducing furnace together with the normal residue oil. After starting up, the level remained low even after reducing the oil by four units; there were dull thudding sounds coming from inside the bottom part. What do you all think of the technical upgrades in our workshop? What’s the reason for this issue with subtracting four and subtracting the base value? I’m living in constant fear every day at work!

Leaking oil from the plate after subtracting four? Does reduced-bottom steam stripping carry water?
There is no steam injection at the bottom reduction section; I’ll go to work this afternoon to check if there is a leak in the steam injection valve. Before the maintenance work on Unit 4, everything was fine; but once operations resumed, there was no liquid level left. The liquid level at the bottom of Unit 4 was normal, and even with a heat reflux rate of 60 tons per hour, liquid still did not leak to the bottom of Unit 4.
