Last weekend, the 1#10 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Zhejiang Petrochemical Company and the 550T atmospheric tower of the 2#10 million tons/year normal and vacuum distillation unit of Zhejiang Petrochemical Company were hoisted into place. The large tower is powered by XCMG 2000T crawler crane. At the same time, another XCMG XGC8800 4,000-ton crawler crane was waiting and ready to try.
According to the overall progress plan, the 1# and 2# 10 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum distillation units are planned to be completed on June 30, 2018, and put into operation on October 30, 2018. At the current progress, I don't quite believe it. Do you think the goal can be achieved?
The installation of the tower has just begun. There are only 3 months left to install the piping and electrical equipment at the back, and it will definitely not be completed. It will be a miracle if materials can be put into trial operation by the end of the year. It will be completed in June next year. It will be quite fast.
It is absolutely impossible according to the routine, unless all the materials arrive in advance, the owner's funds are in place, and the construction unit employs a large number of tactics, it is possible to complete it regardless of the cost.
As someone who has been to the island, this construction period is too unrealistic.
