Figure 1 is the distillation tower, and Figure 2 is the reflux drum curve of the distillation tower! There is no pressure in the top of the distillation tower; there is some pressure from time to time. The reflux tank can be used to supply pressure with fuel gas, but the tower still doesn’t develop any pressure! The temperature of the feed to the distillation tower is stable! The diesel flash point is required to be above 63; to meet the standards, the dry point of gasoline must be greater than 250. The feed ratio remains unchanged, but adjustments have been tried nonetheless, resulting in fluctuations in the concentrations of the components! Are there significant fluctuations in the air-cooling temperature and bottom temperature?
The image is a bit blurry; it’s not very clear. The pressure in the reflux tank is controlled via proportional control by PIC72101. When there is no pressure in the reflux tank, according to the proportional control principle, valve A (the nitrogen filling valve) should be open while valve B (the vent valve) should be fully open. However, from your diagram, it appears that valve A is closed at 0%, while valve B is open at 50%. Please verify this. If the output is reversed, it’s easy to explain why there is no pressure in the reflux tank, and it’s also easy to explain the tower flooding.
The pressure difference between the top and bottom of the distillation tower is normal. Whether or not the tower is filled affects the temperature; it rises by a few degrees after air cooling, while the temperature drops in the case of a flooded tower
It appears to be divided in the diagram, but in reality it’s all in manual mode; pressure replenishment and venting are handled separately. The reflux tank is used to replenish pressure, and there’s no top pressure either. However, previously when the reflux tank was used to replenish pressure, the tower’s pressure would increase as well, because the dry point of the gasoline was high at that time; but now there’s no reaction in terms of pressure
Look at the pressure; this could be the reason
First, lower the temperature at the furnace outlet and adjust the reflux properly
The reflux tank can compensate for the pressure loss, but the tower top cannot; have you checked for internal leakage in the safety valve at the tower top?
The safety valve at the top of the tower is leak-free, and there is no pressure indicated on the gauge at the site as well
