In Figure 1, the internal components have been lifted out; in Figure 2, the main cover of the internal components is removed, leaving only the inner cover; in Figure 3, the heat exchange tubes become visible after the inner cover and screen are removed. Since the chemical engineer does not have a diagram of the internal structure, it is unknown whether the heat exchange tubes are connected to the rear part of the internal components, nor is it known how many catalyst beds are present inside the internal components How to uninstall it? Or could any forum member provide the structural diagrams of the internal components of such methanol synthesis towers, item by item? Thank you!
By cutting open the cylinder and using a plug, the catalyst can be removed
Or, instead of lifting out the internal components, the catalyst can be vacuumed out
