Turn on the heat sources for the reboiler and various heaters, as well as the cold sources for the top condenser and various coolers. 5. Gradually adjust the operating conditions and parameters of the tower, so that its load and product quality can reach the normal operating values as quickly as possible, thereby enabling the tower to operate under normal conditions.
Depending on the properties of the material, if operation under negative pressure is required, vacuum must be created first. If negative pressure is only used to facilitate separation, then it doesn’t matter
