The tower diameter is around 100; what kind of packing should be used?

I would like to build a distillation system, specifically a packed distillation column with a diameter of around 100 mm. The packing should be made of plastic; could you recommend what shape of packing to use? How to estimate the number of plates?
The material of screen fillers is either stainless steel or copper; there is no plastic version.
This requires calculations by process engineers; it can’t be assumed arbitrarily.
Is there a problem with this tower having a diameter of 100 mm? Is 1000mm about right?
I’m looking for a design firm, but many of them don’t understand the requirements, so I’m not sure what to do.
Are you working with a model? It’s only a little over 100;P
The specifications and models of the screen depend on the properties of your material and your requirements.
For this, you can only use bulk packing materials; there are also plastic ones!
