The adsorption force varies depending on the properties of the specific adsorbent, and there is no universal formula. For example, in the case of 3A molecular sieves, only components such as water molecules whose molecular diameter is 3 angstroms (0.3 nm) or less can enter the pores of the molecular sieve and be adsorbed; components with a larger molecular diameter cannot be adsorbed.
