The purpose of the vaporization tower is to facilitate safe maintenance by removing any residual amounts of oil, gas, and other substances that remain on the tower walls, packing, distributors, and other components of the tower. Before injecting steam, close the manual valve of the negative pressure gauge or replace it with a positive pressure gauge; regulations require that the steam tower be in use for no less than 72 hours
The steam tower requires that the bottom drain and the upper vent be opened; overpressure is strictly prohibited.
For the relevant cecum areas, blow out everything in the dead zone that can be cleaned!
1. Vent at the top of the tower, condensate drainage at the bottom. 2. Close the pressure relief gauge hand valve. 3. Provide appropriate steam, and control the pressure and temperature well. 4. The time requirement is met.
