Is the acidic water at the top of the coal tar pretreatment tower salty?

In the coal tar hydrogenation unit, in the pretreatment section, the chlorine content in the acidic water at the top of the tower has reached 10,000 mg/L. What are your thoughts on this?
I am skeptical about your data. Are you processing high-temperature coal tar or medium/low-temperature coal tar, and where is it sourced from?
