Each time the intermediate tank of the compressor feeds oil into D201, the temperature at the top of the fractionation tower rises instantaneously
Occasionally? Or every time it is implemented? Or only when it is implemented in your class? When pressing oil, is the top connection valve of the intermediate tank open? When pressurizing the oil, did the pressure at the inlet of the compressor decrease?
If the oil compression flow is too high, the pressure in the fractionation tower will increase, while the top temperature will not change significantly. Slowing down a bit will not have much impact on tower operation.
With high pressure, the top temperature should decrease, right? This doesn’t match the phenomenon described by the original poster. . .
