The liquid level keeps dropping to 500 before rising again; it drops to 700 and then goes down further
Set to 700; use PID to adjust it to the desired trend
It’s a typo; that’s probably what it is. After 7 a.m., the water level continues to drop, reaching a minimum of 460 mm. It then begins to rise gradually after 4 p.m. It rose to 700 mm overnight, then started to drop again at 7 a.m.
The set value should not exceed 850... with a minimum of 400
There is a water replenishment valve, but it only manages to add a little water
Air separation? You haven’t understood the principle properly; the liquid level in the air cooling tower is automatically regulated
The lower tower has automatic adjustment, but the upper tower does not; the liquid level in the upper tower rises slowly, and discharge occurs when it reaches almost 800 – there is never any downward trend in the liquid level
Could it be caused by unstable compressor pressure?
