Problem of pumping out the bottom of the vent tower in delayed coking

At the beginning of large-scale blowing, the pump at the bottom of the vent tower keeps getting emptied of fluid. Has anyone encountered a similar situation? There are two centrifugal pumps in use. Does anyone have any good suggestions for technical improvements? Can a screw pump be used?
We have a centrifugal pump and a steam reciprocating pump; since the plant was first put into operation, a centrifugal pump has been used ever since. Occasionally, vacuum conditions occur. We clean the pump’s inlet filter every two months. Since the pump has not stopped operating, we haven’t cleaned the filter yet, but there have been few instances of vacuum conditions.
The top temperature should be kept low to drive water to the bottom of the tower; the temperature at the bottom of the tower must not be lower than 120 degrees, and the filter needs to be cleaned regularly
