I inserted our historical trend graph and the feed volume did not change much
Is the feed volume stable and the reflux stable?
This is a normal change, indicating that reflux or reboiling needs to be adjusted frequently, or the temperature must be automatically controlled.
Are other temperatures normal? It could also be a problem with the thermocouple.

Contact the DCS engineer to do a temperature control to solve the problem. Generally, reboiling is controlled, and the temperature is controlled between 85-90.
