Replacement of tower packing

I now want to replace the packing in the tower from BX500 to CY700, leaving all other components unchanged. I would like to use Aspen V10 to perform simulations on the tower, including hydraulic calculations – how should I proceed? Because I saw on the forum that the plate height is also related to the materials being separated, and it’s not a value specified by the manufacturer; as a result, only the height of the packing can be known, while the actual number of plates cannot be determined. This makes it impossible to enter the necessary data. Do you have any good ideas?
If it’s not a professional design firm, it’s best to make good use of what already exists. Once the modified version fails to meet the standards, the issue of responsibility must be taken into consideration. It’s good to have this idea, but the relevant technical modification procedures must be followed. Here’s a design idea; the chances of it working are low, just for reference.
