Our company plans to replace the existing 3-stage steam vacuuming system with one that relies entirely on mechanical pumps for vacuum creation. We were wondering if any colleagues have any successful experiences to share in this regard. The non-condensable gas flow rate is approximately 100 kg/h, with a molecular weight of around 33. Thank you; I need this urgently.

There should be no problem. Currently, for units with a capacity of 10 million tons per year in the vacuum distillation process, mechanical vacuum pumping is used at all three stages; we have been using this method consistently since the plant started operation
