Working principle of plastic spray tower pumps: Plastic spray tower pumps rely primarily on the centrifugal force principle to transport liquids. Thanks to the structure of the independent impeller, the internal pressure can be maintained in balance, ensuring complete sealing of the liquid. The structural feature of this impeller is that the blades are mounted alongside it, with matching blades on one side and a protruding ring installed there. When the channel is in operation, the liquid flowing toward the shaft (due to internal pressure) will be blocked by the counterpressure exerted by the protruding rings and the mating blades. When the motor is running, its centrifugal force causes the liquid seal to open automatically, creating a friction-free condition during operation. When the motor stops operating, the centrifugal force disappears and the elasticity of the liquid seal causes it to automatically return to its sealed position, preventing the chemical gases from rising. This helps to protect the motor and bearings from being corroded by these chemicals, thereby extending the service life of the motor and pump.
