Friends in various coking plants, how long has it been since you last cleaned the sulfur sludge deposits in the circular troughs of the desulfurization regeneration towers? Failing to do so on a regular basis can lead to blockages in the foam pipes, and even incidents of sulfur escaping from the towers may occur from time to time; feel free to reach out for technical exchanges
This is not a good sign; blockages are prohibited. Our company has not experienced any blockages in 8 years, and it could have continued to function without the need to replace the top component of the regeneration tower
Perhaps it’s because of your excellent desulfurization processes – most of the clients we serve haven’t had their systems cleaned in several years, and the sulfur paste at the bottom of the circular troughs is extremely hard. Regular cleaning helps facilitate the overflow of foam from the regeneration tower.
