Online high-pressure water cleaning is applied to the trays of the water washing tower. Can cleaning both the upper and lower surfaces of the trays help reduce the pressure difference? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each approach?
With so many trays, do you wash them layer by layer, and also from top to bottom? Is it still online cleaning, with so many high-pressure nozzles? How can smooth operation be ensured? Which design firm designed it? If the feed contains a large amount of impurities, appropriate filtering or sedimentation equipment should be installed before it enters the tower to ensure that the feed is clean. Then why take such measures?
