After operating for about a month or so, liquid carryover begins to occur in the quench chamber. The water supply flow rate is fine, and all other operational parameters are basically normal; however, the exact cause cannot be identified. Could experts share their opinions on this?
The raw coal is of poor quality, and the heat load is too high
