Hello everyone. Our company produces **furan** using azeotropic towers and pressure towers. The pressure in the pressure tower is set at 8 bar, and nitrogen needs to be continuously supplied to maintain this operating pressure. Recently, the tower pressure has been fluctuating within each shift, dropping to around 7.8 bar; increasing the nitrogen supply is required to keep things under control. The pressure in the nitrogen supply network did not fluctuate before these variations in tower pressure occurred
It is the temperature paper at the top of the tower after cooling; accordingly, the bubble point pressure is lower.
