In the bisphenol A production line represented by Japan's Mitsubishi Chemical Process, the vacuum filter is the core equipment in the device. It mainly washes through solid-liquid separation to remove impurities stuck to the crystal surface of the product, thereby improving product quality. Previously, the rotary vacuum filters in the domestic "Mitsubishi Method" bisphenol A devices were all imported equipment. The technology relied on foreign countries for a long time. Various factors such as high investment costs and long delivery times brought a lot of inconvenience to the normal production and maintenance of the device. In order to get rid of the constraints in the production of "Mitsubishi Method" bisphenol A industry and reduce investment costs, the R&D team of Tianhua Institute of Drying Equipment Research Institute and Tianhua Institute (Nanjing) Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. relied on their technical reserves and experience accumulation in the filtration industry to continuously improve in three aspects: optimizing equipment structure, improving processing and manufacturing processes, and on-site guidance for start-up, and successfully solved the constraints in bisphenol A production. From scratch, to optimization and improvement, to strict control of manufacturing and assembly accuracy, the ice and snow equipment has been successfully started and operated smoothly in one go.
