Hello, everyone! The manual control cold valve in the air separation distillation tower of our plant is leaking; the leakage persists even after it has been replaced. It is likely that the issue lies with the quality of the valve, and we plan to replace it. I would like to ask experienced professionals: 1. Which brands in China currently offer the most reliable quality in terms of low-temperature cold valves? Is there a significant difference in quality among Hangyang, Chuan Kong, Wuxi Industrial Equipment, and others these days? 2. Could the cold valve, which didn’t leak before, start leaking during subsequent operation? I am eagerly awaiting your guidance; I am extremely grateful!
Hangyang’s product works well; there are no issues with it. I don’t know about the products from the other two companies, as I haven’t used them
Hangyang is quite good at producing low-temperature valves in China; basically, more than half of the air separation units produced by Hangyang use its own valves. Wuxi Industrial Equipment also has significant advantages in the field of low-temperature technologies, while I’m not very familiar with Chuan Kong’s capabilities in this area.
