I am seeking a modification plan for the slurry circulation pump in a wet flue gas desulfurization FGD process system. The following technical requirements apply: 1. Use sensors to monitor the SO2 content in the flue gas, in order to control the flow rate and number of operating units of the slurry circulation pumps in the absorption tower; 2. Ensure that, regardless of changes in the volume of flue gas, the emissions from the chimney meet the specified standards. I hope experts can share a technical solution similar to this
The flue gas flow is monitored by sensors, which transmit signals to the control room. The control room then sends feedback signals to the slurry circulation pumps, allowing these pumps to adjust their flow rates and the number of pumps in operation. Variable frequency drives or permanent magnet speed controllers are used to modify the pump flow rates. The flue gas flow and the pump flow rates form a closed-loop interlock system.
