The sludge to be transported to the plate and frame filter press on site contains magnetic powder. At present, a single-screw pump is being used, with a stainless-steel rotor and a rubber-lined stator; however, wear is severe, and the pump generally stops working after about 2 months. I would like to ask if there are any wear-resistant positive displacement pumps suitable for this application?

What speed are you setting now? It is still recommended to choose a single-screw pump. When selecting a pump, it is advisable to opt for one with a relatively low speed, as this can increase its lifespan; however, it will be more expensive!
A hose pump could be considered. If you need assistance with selection, please provide the solid content, flow rate, and required outlet pressure.
Transporting sewage containing magnetic powder and sludge using screw pumps indeed causes significant wear, and many users are considering giving up on screw pumps. OP, I suggest you use a rotor pump with an outer rubber sleeve (some units refer to it as a rotary piston pump); it works well, and we have successful cases of its use in several units.
