Is the inlet filter clogged? Is the mechanical seal not installed tightly? Seal spring?
It’s double-sealed, right? What is the flushing protocol! It must be the mechanical seal leaking!
There is an internal leak; the sealing fluid is leaking toward the medium side. In general, the mechanical seal has failed.
PLANT53, right? It uses a single rotating ring in a back-to-back configuration. There was a leak in the mechanical seal on the medium side; since the pressure of the sealing fluid was higher than that of the medium, the sealing fluid flowed into the medium and was carried away along with it
How can back-to-back units share the same rotating ring? Only when face to face can we share one, right?
