May I ask about the preventive measures and solutions for damaged valve balls in the check valves of Feluwa high-pressure coal slurry pumps?
The pump of Feluwa has not been used, but although it has a different structure from the Qihao pump, its working principle is likely to be similar. I think to prevent problems with the check valve ball, efforts need to be made in terms of the quality of the raw coal. Foreign objects in the coal fed into the grinder, such as metal pieces like wires, cause the greatest damage to the valve ball. Secondly, during each planned shutdown for maintenance, the slurry pump also needs to be cleaned, inspected, and maintained; consumable parts such as the check valve ball and seat must be inspected and cleaned.
