Can motors with high power address the motor overload issue caused by excessive current during startup? It turns on intermittently; usually the system is empty and the pipes are not under pressure, but once the pipes are filled, the current flows normally. What changes would occur if a high-power motor is used? ? ? What comes to mind is an increased range,,,,

It can be solved, because I know what’s going on with your system! Your problem isn’t related to the magnitude of the motor’s starting current; it’s caused by the valves being opened too wide when the pump is started. When the valves are opened widely, the flow rate increases and accordingly the current also increases. The cutoff value for current is set based on the motor’s rated current, and once this value is exceeded, the circuit trips. After replacing the motor with a larger one, its rated current will increase as well, which means that the cutoff value for current will also increase! The pump, on the other hand, remains unchanged; in other words, the current it outputs when the valve is fully open is constant. As long as the power of the replaced motor exceeds the load that the motor can handle, it’s sufficient to adjust the tripping protection current of the motor accordingly to match it!
Using a larger motor isn’t like using a strong engine to drive a small vehicle? Soft starting or installing an inverter would work as well. I’m not sure what the power rating of the motor in question is
