Our company has 4 refrigeration units. One of them meets the requirements regarding water flow rate, temperature, and all other conditions; however, when the start button is pressed, the unit shows no response – aside from the light indicating that the compressor is running, nothing else happens. Seeking help to solve it. . Thank you so much. There’s another chiller whose vacuum level is at 80 mmHg; it has remained the same for a year, and pumping air out doesn’t help to lower it. I’m extremely grateful. I need to start using this chiller soon, and I’m in a bit of a hurry :'(
Your equipment is malfunctioning. Your description is too vague; it’s quite difficult to identify the exact issue one by one. It would be best to have the original manufacturer send someone to check it
