Series: Rexroth A10VO axial piston variable pumps. Specification: Nominal pressure from 71 to 180 bar; maximum pressure of 350 bar. Open-loop technical data: DG – two-point direct control; DR – pressure control; DRG – remote pressure control; DRF/DRS – pressure and flow control; LA... – pressure, flow, and power control; ED – electro-hydraulic control; ER – electro-hydraulic control. Features: Axial piston variable pump with swashplate design, used for hydrostatic drive in open loops. Flow rate is proportional to drive speed and displacement. By adjusting the angle of the swash plate, a stepless variation in flow rate can be achieved. Hydrostatic unloading of the swivel bearing is used for the measurement sensors connected to high-pressure oil ports of specification 180 or to oil port plates of specification 22. It enhances functional reliability at high speeds and low noise levels, offers an ideal power-to-weight ratio, and features a universal shaft drive. Suitable for specification 180. Safety note: – The A10VO pump is designed for use in open circuits. –The project planning, assembly, and commissioning of axial piston units must be carried out by qualified personnel. –Before using the axial piston unit, please read the corresponding instruction manual thoroughly. If necessary, request these manuals from Bosch Rexroth. –During operation and shortly after, the axial plunger unit (especially the electromagnet) may pose a risk of burns. Appropriate safety measures should be taken (such as wearing protective clothing). –Depending on the different operating conditions of the axial piston unit (operating pressure, oil temperature), its characteristics may change. –Working line oil port: The oil port and fixing thread are designed for the maximum specified pressure. Machine or system manufacturers must ensure that the safety factors of the connecting components and pipelines meet the specified operating conditions (pressure, flow rate, hydraulic oil, temperature). The working line oil ports and functional oil ports are designed solely for hydraulic lines. –Pressure cut-off and pressure control do not provide overpressure protection. A separate relief valve is provided in the hydraulic system. –The data and instructions contained here must be followed. –This product cannot be approved as a component that adheres to the general mechanical safety concept of ISO 13849. –Use the following tightening torques: · Connectors: For the tightening torque of the connectors used, please refer to the manufacturer’s instructions. ·Mounting bolts: For mounting bolts that conform to the ISO metric thread standard DIN 13 and the thread standard ASME B1.1, we recommend checking the tightening torque separately in accordance with VDI 2230. ·Threaded hole of the axial piston unit: The maximum allowable tightening torque MG max applies to the threaded hole; this value must not be exceeded. For the relevant values, please see the table below. ·Locking screw: For the metal locking screw provided together with the axial plunger unit, a tightening torque of MV must be applied. Installation instructions: During debugging and operation, the axial piston unit must always be filled with hydraulic oil and free of air. When the shutdown period is relatively long, the above precautions should still be observed, as the axial piston unit is drained through the hydraulic lines. Especially at the “drive shaft up/down” mounting position, thorough oiling and air removal are necessary; otherwise, there are risks such as operation without oil. The oil leakage from the housing inside the motor casing must be discharged to the oil tank through the highest housing oil drainage ports (L1, L2, L3). For combinations of multiple devices, it should be ensured that the pressure does not exceed the corresponding housing pressure for each device. When there is a pressure difference at the oil drain port of the equipment, the common oil drain pipeline must be replaced to ensure that, under any circumstances, the minimum allowable casing pressure for all connected equipment is not exceeded. If this cannot be achieved, a separate oil drainage pipeline should be installed if necessary. To obtain favorable noise levels, all connection pipes should be separated using elastic elements, and installation above the fuel tank should be avoided. Under all operating conditions, the oil suction pipeline and the housing oil drainage pipeline must lead to a location below the lowest oil level in the tank. The allowable oil suction height hS depends on the total pressure loss, but it shall not exceed its maximum value (hS max = 800 mm). During operation, the minimum suction pressure at oil port S must not drop below 0.8 bar absolute pressure. Be aware that you may find that certain installation locations affect the control device. Due to the presence of gravity, component weight, and housing pressure, the characteristic displacement and response time may experience slight variations. Installed below the fuel tank (standard): Installing it below the fuel tank means that the axial piston unit is placed outside the fuel tank, below the lowest fuel level. Installation above the fuel tank means that the axial piston unit is installed above the lowest level of fuel in the tank. To prevent the axial piston unit from emptying, a height difference of at least 25 mm, denoted as hES min, is required at the installation position in order to comply with the maximum allowable suction height of hS max = 800 mm. The check valve in the housing oil drain line should only be used in specific situations. Please contact us for information on certification. Installing it inside the fuel tank means installing the pump within the range of the lowest fuel level in the tank. Axial piston units with electrical components (such as electronic controllers, sensors) cannot be installed below the oil level in the fuel tank. Project solicitation for the Beijing High-Tech Industry Fund is underway: This fund, initiated by the Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau and the Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, aims to mobilize private capital to foster the development of high-tech industries. At present, the **Emerging Industries Public Service Platform is responsible for soliciting projects; these projects mainly involve enterprises in areas such as energy conservation, environmental protection, and circular economy, and the fund is intended to provide support to such enterprises. The goal is to help enterprises grow stronger and larger; therefore, the fund generally enters through equity investments and exits after 2–3 years. And it also helps to draw in financial funds from banks and other institutions. If your company falls within the fields supported by the fund, please contact us promptly to register.
