Series: Rexroth piston pump A11VO series. Specifications: 40, 60, 75, 95, 130, 145, 190, 260. Series 1. Operating pressure: Normal pressure of 400 bar (40 Mpa), peak pressure of 450 bar (45 Mpa). Control methods: LR for power control, DR for constant pressure control, HD for hydraulic control related to pilot pressure, EP for electric proportional control. Features: Axial piston variable pump with swashplate design, used for hydrostatic transmission in open-loop hydraulic systems. It is primarily designed for use in walking construction machinery. With the fuel tank pressurized or using an optional built-in filling pump (impeller), the pump operates in automatic fuel filling mode. A variety of control options are available to meet the requirements of different applications. The power control accessory is externally adjustable, even while the pump is running. Shaft-through drive is suitable for gear pumps and axial piston pumps that are integrated, that is, 100% shaft-through drive. The output flow is proportional to the drive speed and can vary continuously between qV max and qV min = 0. Safety instructions: - The A11VO pump is designed for open-loop systems. -The planning, assembly, and debugging of axial piston elements must be carried out by qualified personnel. -The working line oil ports and functional oil ports are designed solely for hydraulic lines. -During operation and shortly after, the axial plunger elements (especially the electromagnets) may pose a risk of burns. Appropriate safety measures should be taken (such as wearing protective clothing). -The characteristics may change depending on the different operating conditions of the axial plunger element (operating pressure, oil temperature). -Pressure oil port: The oil port and fixed thread are designed for the maximum specified pressure. Machine or system manufacturers must ensure that the safety factors of the connecting components and pipelines meet the specified operating conditions (pressure, flow rate, hydraulic oil, temperature). -The data and instructions contained here must be followed. -Use the following tightening torques: · Threaded holes of the axial plunger element: The maximum allowable tightening torque MG max applies to the threaded holes, and this value must not be exceeded. ·Joints: For the tightening torque of the joints used, please refer to the manufacturer’s instructions. ·Set screws: For set screws that meet DIN 13 standards, we recommend checking their tightening torque separately in accordance with VDI 2230. ·Locking screw: For the metal locking screw provided with the axial plunger element, the tightening torque MV required to apply the locking screw. -The components of this product have not been certified and approved in accordance with the general machine safety concepts of DIN EN ISO 13849.
