What pumps are used for wastewater treatment?

Used for sludge return in sedimentation tanks. The pump is placed outside the tank; the diaphragm pumps that were used in the past did not perform very well. I want to change it to another one. I’m not sure whether to use GW or the ZW type with self-priming function. The head is about 20 meters.

What type of sludge pump? Could you be more specific?
Because the moisture content is very high, over 99 I think, we initially considered using a sewage pump.
