May I ask if using a diaphragm pump in front of a vortex flow meter will affect its accuracy?
Should we swap the two positions, with the flow meter placed at the front?

One thing: for all flowmeters, the better the flow stability, the higher the accuracy. Try to keep things stable; installing a rectifier and current stabilizer is not ruled out
1. Stay as far away as possible, so that the pulse can be smaller. 2. Adding a pulse buffer would work very well.
It does have an impact to some extent; one thing is to ensure that there are sufficient long straight sections of pipe, the vibration prevention measures for the pipes also need to be properly addressed, and then there’s the issue of signal interference.
