1. The supplier should ensure that the centrifugal pump can operate stably and safely for a long time under full load conditions. As the flow rate decreases, the pump’s head curve should rise smoothly, and the pump’s shut-off head should be 120% to 125% of its designed head. 2. The flow-through components of corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps are required to be resistant to acids and alkalis as well as wear-resistant ; 3. The first critical speed of the centrifugal pump should not fall within the range of 75~125% of the rated speed. 4. All centrifugal pump models should operate without cavitation within the range from minimum to maximum flow rate, with stable and low vibration levels. 5. The supplier is responsible for providing a rectangular common base plate for installing the pump/electrical motor components. When the pump is removed, the water inside the pump chamber will flow through this base plate into the drainage pipes laid in place, thus avoiding contamination of the surrounding environment and equipment. 14. The design of the pump should take into account ease of maintenance. Lifting lugs should be provided on the pump body and motor to facilitate maintenance. 15. Pumps of the same model provided by the supplier use identical casings and impellers of the same diameter; all other components, including spare parts and replacement assemblies, are fully interchangeable.
