Problem of low oil pressure in high-speed injection pump

Recently, the low and medium speed shafts of the high-speed injection pump, as well as the cycloidal oil pump, were replaced. After replacement, the oil pressure was >0.2 MPa when the auxiliary oil pump operated alone; however, once the water injection pump was started, the oil pressure dropped instead of rising. After stopping the feed water pump and running the auxiliary oil pump alone again, the oil pressure could only reach 0.03 MPa. After checking, the safety valve is fine – what other possibilities are there?
Dirt may get in during maintenance and block the oil lines. After starting the pump, the impurities in the oil were stirred up and blocked the inlet.
Check whether there is any short circuit at the inlet and outlet ports of the cycloidal oil pump.
Just like our propylene pumps, the shaft end pump was damaged – the thrust bearings of the high-speed shaft were completely burned out. Our pumps also used Sundyne components; now we’ve switched to high-quality imitations made by the 11th Aerospace Research Institute
It is currently being repaired according to this plan, and we will have results in a couple of days
