How to correct the performance curve (centrifugal pump) for viscous and particulate media?

How should the performance curve be corrected when the content of medium particles is high and the viscosity is also high (greater than 20 centipoise)? Should only particle correction be performed, only viscosity correction be performed, or both corrections be applied?
Particles do not require correction, while viscosity does. Now, the unit of viscosity is pascal-seconds; centipoise is hardly used anymore. Regarding viscosity correction, curves are available to show the changes in flow parameters at corresponding viscosities; however, few people use this method these days, as software is used for such calculations instead.
