PTFE definitely can. FKM is not good enough; FFKM would be a better choice. DMDS is definitely a highly polar solvent liquid; therefore, a weakly polar rubber diaphragm should be chosen, such as butyl rubber, EPDM, or the thermoplastic elastomer Santoprene

For metering pumps, there’s no need to overthink it – go with a PTFE diaphragm; they’re available everywhere
